Beta Terms

CHARTFI BETA TERMS (BETA ADDENDUM)

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

These Beta Terms are an addendum to, and part of, the ChartFI Terms of Service. They apply while you access ChartFI as part of a private, invitation-only beta program (the "Beta"). Where these Beta Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service for matters specific to the Beta, these Beta Terms control. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service. ChartFI is operated by Good Trajectory LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. The Beta is pre-release software

ChartFI is made available to you during the Beta for evaluation and feedback purposes only. It is pre-release software that is still under active development. It may contain errors, defects, and incomplete features, may behave unexpectedly, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Features available during the Beta may differ from any future generally available version, and no feature is guaranteed to be carried forward.

2. Not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

ChartFI is an educational modeling and illustration tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and using it does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. The projections, simulations, and figures it produces are hypothetical illustrations based on the assumptions you and the model supply — they may be inaccurate, and they are especially likely to be so during the Beta. You should not make, or refrain from making, any financial decision in reliance on ChartFI, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting. This section supplements, and does not limit, the ChartFI Financial & Educational Use Disclaimer, which you should read in full.

3. Your data may be reset or deleted

Because this is a testing environment, your data may be reset, altered, corrupted, or permanently deleted at any time, with or without notice. We may wipe beta data between test phases, when fixing defects, or at the end of the Beta. Do not rely on ChartFI as a system of record, and keep your own copy of anything you would not want to lose. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but we make no guarantee that we will.

4. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartFI is provided during the Beta "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that ChartFI will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will be correct.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your participation in the Beta or your use of (or inability to use) ChartFI — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This section supplements the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service.

6. No fees during the Beta

We are not charging you to participate in the Beta, and no payment is due. Any pricing, plan, or "founding" offer we may show you is informational only and creates no obligation on either of us unless and until you separately enroll in a paid plan after the Beta under the then-current Terms of Service.

7. Feedback

We welcome your feedback, and it is the point of the Beta. If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation or attribution to you. Please do not include confidential information of any third party in your Feedback, and please do not include real account numbers or credentials.

8. Access is personal and invitation-only

Access to the Beta is granted to you personally, is non-transferable, and may not be shared. We may add, limit, suspend, or revoke access, and may change the size or composition of the Beta, at any time and for any reason.

9. Confidentiality

We may share pre-release features and non-public information with you during the Beta. We ask that you treat non-public aspects of ChartFI with reasonable discretion during the Beta. This does not restrict you from discussing your own honest experience of the product, and it does not prevent you from meeting any legal obligation to disclose.

10. Term and changes

These Beta Terms apply for the duration of the Beta and may be updated as the program evolves; material changes will be reflected in the version and effective date above. We may end the Beta, or your participation in it, at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 2, 4, 5, and 7) will survive.
